We had the pleasure of welcoming Felicia Pinto, Head of Regulatory Affairs at Sanofi’s R&D in the UK and Ireland, to speak with our year 11 and year 12 students at Highlands.

Felicia delivered an engaging and insightful talk highlighting how essential it is in bringing safe, effective and innovative medicines to patients. She shared her personal career journey, the challenges and rewards of working in a global organisation like Sanofi, and the growing opportunities for young people interested in science, policy and healthcare.

Our students were captivated by her openness, clarity and enthusiasm. It was particularly inspiring to hear how diverse skill sets - from communication to critical thinking - play a central role in shaping the future of medical innovation.
