Thirty of our year 12 students recently enjoyed an exciting Insight Day at Lloyd’s of London, organised in partnership with Future First.

Lloyd’s of London, located in its iconic building in the heart of the City, has been at the centre of the world’s insurance market for over 300 years. Students were given a guided tour, learning about Lloyd’s rich history and its unique building design, including its famous exterior lifts and striking modern architecture, which made the day even more memorable.

During the visit, students took part in one-to-one mentoring sessions with Lloyd’s volunteers, exploring career pathways, building confidence, and developing CV and interview skills. The day also included practical workshops on aspirations and resilience, helping students prepare for life beyond school.
