Year 12 student Parla completed an outstanding work experience placement in the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Department at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Working alongside junior doctors, she observed real clinical practice in the hand clinic and gained first-hand exposure to complex injuries.
