Governors' biographies

Androulla (Andie) Michael

Co-opted Governor

I am a co-opted governor. I have lived in Winchmore Hill for around 50 years.

My two sons attended Highlands, then went on to University and post graduate study, and now have established their careers in Economics and Chemistry respectively. I have an MSc degree in Applied Psychology and have been a civil servant for over 30 years. During that time, I have led work on a range of topics including violence against women and children, families with complex needs, social investment and government funded science programmes amongst other issues. I have also worked with a range of different stakeholders such as the voluntary sector, businesses and academia. I have a range of interests, from reading and art to flying.
