Who we are:
Highlands School is the Teaching School or Lead School within the Pan Enfield Alliance - a group of primary and secondary schools, across the Borough of Enfield that include specialisms in behaviour and autism. We work together to provide high quality training, professional development and support in many different ways to new and experienced school staff within the Alliance and beyond.
‘The Pan Enfield Alliance (PEA) holds a shared philosophy and commitment to: Focus on a small number of clearly defined projects arising from shares priorities in order to deliver high quality training and support through our wealth of pooled knowledge and experience. We will focus on quality and depth in everything we do’.

Leadership Development - National Professional Qualification for Middle Leaders (NPQML); Aspiring Middle Leaders and other bespoke programmes
Support for other schools/teachers – SPEs; bespoke School to School Support packages
Research and Development – Teaching and Learning; Literacy; SEND/TAs; Learning Conversations
