Sixth Form Admin Officer
28 hours per week/40 weeks per year
Scale 5 – £15,732 p.a.
We are seeking to appoint a Sixth Form Admin Officer who will assist in the smooth running of the Sixth Form, including maintaining statistical database, processing new admissions, minuting meetings, and recording absences. Duties also include supervising students in the study centre, admin for university references, assisting with interim reports and general admin support for the Director of Sixth Form. There will be a requirement for some duties to be carried out during school holidays, around A-level results day.
You will need to be confident and able to work sensitively with students, computer literate, and have the ability to work both as part of team, as well as using your own initiative.

Communication Support Worker
